Medicaid Service Coordination - Vanderheyden provides Medicaid Service Coordination to aid persons with developmental disabilities in accessing community services and planning. Our team members can help if you’re making the transition from state Office of People With Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Service Coordinator to a voluntary provider.
